Before you proceed: Make sure you're using our Full Client. We are not giving support for Z-ragnarok through Lite client as we are not updating it. We advise all players to download our Full Installer instead to avoid unnecessary errors. Also make sure you're running the game as admin and you're not playing in an internet cafe running on diskless setup.
Problem 1: Failed to connect to server / Rejected from Server / Failed to get sakpatch.txt
1.Please check the forum if there's any ongoing maintenance.
2.If there's no ongoing maintnance, please make sure your internet connection is stable.
3.If your internet connection is stable, please download Hotspot Shield, install it, run it, then try again.
Problem 2: Game doesn't load after Gepard Shield finishes loading
Solution 1:
1.Turn off your anti-virus.
2.Re-install Z-Ro.
3.Exclude Z-Ro from your anti-virus.
4.Turn your anti-virus back on.
Solution 2:
1.Run "Command Prompt" as admin. (Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt)
2.Type this command and then press enter.
3.Restart your computer.
4.Run Z-Ro.exe again~
Note: If this won't work use this command instead:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx optin
Problem 3: Gepard Crash Log appears after starting the game or the game closes by itself
1.Open openSetup.exe and then set your resolution (1024x768).
2.Right click Z-Ro.exe and click "Properties."
3.Click "Compatibility" tab.
4.Tick "Compatibility mode" select Windows XP SP3 (for W7 users) or Windows 7 (for W8/W10 users).
5.Tick "Run this program as an administrator"
Problem 4: Client is so small and Setup.exe doesn't have any resolution.
1.Right click openSetup.exe and click "Properties."
2.Click "Compatibility" tab.
3.Tick "Compatibility mode" select Windows XP SP3 (for W7 users) or Windows 7 (for W8/W10 users).
4.Tick "Run this program as an administrator"
Problem 5: Invalid File Detected. cps.dll
1.Download this file right here.
2.Extract the file to your Z-Ro directory folder.
3.Overwrite the files.
4.Try again.
Problem 6: Sprite is blank or client crashes when I view an item's description.
1.Download our Full Installer.
2.Install Z-Ro using the newly downloaded Full Installer.
Problem 7: Client randomly crashes for no reason even after downloading the Full Installer.
1.Update your graphic card's driver.
2.Download NVIDIA Graphics Drivers
3.Download AMD Graphics Drivers
4.Download Intel Graphics Drivers
